I'm a rising senior trying to figure out my college list before the start of school and I need some help! Financial aid is a big consideration so schools that meet 100% of need and are need blind are definitely a priority. I want a school that is very diverse, gay friendly, liberal, globally-minded, and politically active. Also I'm interested in schools with very few graduation requirements. I prefer smaller schools to bigger schools and I've loved the liberal arts colleges I've visited thus far. Right now my list includes Wesleyan, Vassar, Amherst, Pomona, Grinnell and Brown. Are there any other schools that would fit these guidelines?

Thanks!

U.S. institutions that are need-blind and meets full-need for applicants

I see Pomona on your list, but why not Pitzer? Seems like a better fit.

I considered Pitzer but I’ll definitely look into it again! Thanks

I don’t think the Claremont colleges (including Pomona and Pitzer) would be considered to have “few” graduation requirements (though the student body is what you are looking for). I know that Harvey Mudd has more requirements than most, and I suspect the other Claremont schools may be similar.

Look at American University in DC. It’s a great school - very gay friendly and politically active as well!
