Looking to be a Music Ed Major, Opinions Wanted

kmcmom13: I appreciate the advice you have given me! It makes me feel more confident to know my resume will carry weight along with my audition (which I am going to be well-prepared for). I think I will look into a few other in-state colleges; it wouldn’t hurt. Yes, I definitely want to get great use out of all my resume activities haha. Thank you for the knowledgeable guidance. =)

Momofbassist:Very true! I believe I will look into other in-state colleges; it would probably be to my benefit. Thank you for helping me out! I really appreciate it. =)

geo1113: Good that you’re backing up someone else’s opinion. Thank you!

To anyone: Any tips, suggestions, comments, etc. are still welcome. =)

Random: From your responses here, you sound very positive and open to learning–maintain that and find ways to highlight it. So many high school students do not like the advice they are given here and become defensive and angry. You have responded very graciously to all of the advice you have received.

violindad: Thank you for the compliment! I like to think of myself as positive and welcoming haha. I like to thank people for advice because they are sharing knowledge they had to gain from their own experiences, so it’s really helpful. =) Thank you.

Anyone else: Advice is still more than welcome!
