D21 and I have been talking about her teacher recommendations, and I wondered if it might make sense for her to ask a teacher from sophomore year. Her school was only in session for a few weeks of second semester before shutting down, then they had a month-long break before recently starting online. She has at least one current teacher she will ask, but it seems to me that her teachers from last year will have gotten to know her better than many of the ones from this year. Anyone else thinking along those lines, or is this a lousy idea?
