Your path will also matter. There’s a big difference between “I developed a process that could help cancer patients so I put together a team” and “My dad started a cancer drug company but he doesn’t know much about computers so he made me CTO.”

Found the cancer startup company. It seems legit, although it doesn’t seem like you’re very far along in the process, OP - are you still working on securing funding? I don’t know if I would say that you have a million-dollar valuation before that.
But the important part is that Google will back you up.
Although maybe be careful with what you post here as all it took was a quick Google search to identify you.
My opinion is that your company would make a decent essay topic. Demonstrate altruism, application of CS, etc.
@whitespace Kudos for finding it!!! We’re still securing funding and the team is still growing. We had a pre valuation done which placed us in “multi million”. Yup, the process is the heart of the essay that I’ve written. Any thoughts on the company ?
