First, thanks for taking the time to help me out, it is appreciated.

So going into senior year my GPA is around a 3.72 unweighted. I haven't taken the SAT's yet (i know i put it off last minute) but i think i can pull off at least a 2100 on it. I've taken one subject test so far (U.S. history and i scored a 790) and i plan on taking one more

I have taken 6 AP classes so far (i have passed all of them and received 5s on 3 of them) and i plan on taking 4 more my senior year. For the AP Classes I recieved As on two of them and Bs for the remaining

For extra-curriculars (i know i do not have as much as i should):
- I will have debated for all years of high school with some top place awards
- Volunteering for Project C.U.R.E. (i started this at the end of this summer and will probably have done about 45 hours)
- I plan on doing more volunteer work possibly at a soup kitchen or food bank
- I played violin for 2 years (Freshman and Sophomore)

I live in Arizona and am wondering what my chances are at getting into:
- UC Berkeley
- University of Texas at Austin
- Georgetown University
- Northwestern University

(Also if a higher SAT score would help getting into a certain university could you approximate what it would be?)
