I’m an international student with perfect SAT Math II and Physics scores.
I’m one of the top participant in the informatics olympiad in my country. I was in the international team of my country last year (top 4 participants from the country) and I achieved a bronze medal in the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI).
I’m also a good piano player, I played in many concerts and I finished a music school (the final test was equivalent to ABRSM Piano Grade 9 test).
When it comes to my school grades, they are pretty bad. That’s mostly because the educational system here is very bad, you don’t learn anything, you just memorize stuff for the exam (you probably have an idea about such educational systems), so I didn’t give school much time but rather focused on practicing for the IOI.
Do I have a chance of getting admitted to a top university? (aiming for MIT, I have read many of its Computer Science papers and it’s my dream to become a student of it)
