Had only one C after freshman year in 11th grade AP Macroeconomics.
My schools weighting system is strange in which theirs no more than a .1 of a difference between the two. So the highest unweighted that can be acheived is 4.1</p>

<p>I don't think that some schools look at your freshmen yr GPA so you should be safe there. I know that a lower grade in a harder class is better than a high grade in an easy class so I think you should just try to retake the classes if possible. Also, a high SAT score could help make up for a low GPA so try retaking them if possible. As for the schools, B.U., Pitt, and UV might be harder to get into with your score. I really don't know much about schools on the East so I hope this helps. Good Luck.</p>
