The OP says a college hopefully in or near a big city.
I grew up outside of Wilmington and family is still there. I also worked in the Motion Picture industry there so I know it well. The old downtown at the Cape Fear has charm but unfortunately UNCW is located in strip mall hell.
My kid with similar stats (litte higher gpa with more APs, little less SAT, more in depth ECs and bilingual) just applied to B-schools. The more you go up the scale of selectivity the more they are looking in to your GPA. It is VERY important that you try to ace your classes first semester senior year. My kid applied to Babson EA and he was deferred and they said to the gc that they wanted to monitor his grades for a while to see how he does senior year. Babson, Bentely and Bryant are lumped together by they differ tremendous in acceptance difficulty and I am say that not just comparing acceptance rates but looking at the Naviance gpas.
On the other hand you are a girl and all those business schools are looking for girls and that will help you.
I am not sure if you are interested in big state schools but both U Minnesota TC and U Maryland CP have excellent programs and offer rolling/EA. From our school naviance it looks that they like the huge SATs and discount a bit on gpa when it comes to oos.
If you had legitimate reasons that hindered your studies ask your guidance to include them in their recommendations.
Try to somehow include in your essays (not the main one) why you think you will do better in college (gpa wise). My son had a few academic ECs that required discipline, studying and had dead lines and excelled on them so he used them to show that when his interests line up with the work his is able to deliver. He used them NOT as an excuse but to show a bit about how he learns and how he thinks. You have to give them something so they give you a chance…
With your stats try to apply to rolling and EA schools that interest you. That will give you a good idea how your gpa is received early on so you can have the winter break to refine your search by adding more reaches or more safeties for the RD round.
