How much can your family afford?
If you’ll need a lot of financial aid, you should be looking for colleges where you’re among the top 25% (hard to do due to GPA), colleges that don’t count freshman GPA (since there’s been a steady upward trend, I assume your 10th to 12th grade GPA is higher than 2.45), and colleges that meet 100% need.
In addition, Out of State public universities will NOT cover need, so what’s “in state” for you?

UMass D and L are low reaches. Salve Regina also, but they should have time to look at your profile and see your work ethics, unlike Umass schools. Do apply to all three though.
I think you’ll do better with smaller colleges that look at your profile holistically, however they may not meet need. :s
Curry is a match,
Baylor seems the odd one out in your list - any specific reason why you picked it?
Are you a boy or a girl?
Would you consider travelling outside the Northeast? There are tons of schools where you’d stand a good chance and if you’re 500+ miles away, you bring in geographic diversity, ie you get a nudge for admission and a boost for financial aid.
