<p>My counselor tried to fill it out the day after the deadline and he called me that night and said the website was closed??</p>
<p>Yep, my teacher emailed me a week after the deadline and said she was having trouble with the site! Guess we are out of the running! :(</p>

<p>Has anybody gotten notification as a semi-finalist? I had also applied for the Carl Buchanan Scholarship at the same time (the scholarship by Lowes for employees or dependants) and recieved the semi-finalist notification email today. I’m not sure if they give out decisions at the same time, but I’m hoping I still am in contention for the Lowes Scholarship…</p>

<p>They said first week in april. So hopefully within the next few days.</p>
<p>they only send e mails and letters to those that are semi finalists. if you are a semi finalist you will be notified either way when finalists are announced in may</p>
