What's the lowest ACT score that you've heard of someone having who got accepted to Vassar? I'm just curious...

anyone?! please?!

I don't have much knowledge on this subject but I hope this helps a bit. I just looked up my school's stats and the lowest ACT accepted RD is 29 and the avg is 30. But this only reflects my school, which is very rigorous academically.

for SAT:
lowest accepted:1900
Avg accepted: 2115

for GPA:
lowest accepted:3.68
Avg accepted:3.83

Also, I think it is important for me to add that the person with the lowest SAT accepted didn't have the lowest GPA accepted and vice versa

i think you can go to the 2012 stats somewhere in the vassar website and there you will see the distribution of the scores. idk if it'll get you the lowest EVER but it might for last year

i actually looked at the website and all they give is the median range. i'm asking because i'm a transfer student hoping to transfer to vassar as a junior. i took the ACTS 3 years ago when i was a junior in high school, and i got a 23 :-/ ive been in college for the last 2 years and i have a 3.83 GPA...

do i have the sliiightest chance?

i mean, you always have a CHANCE. but considering there are hardly any transfer students admitted, you may have a hard time if you got a 23....collegeboard says the average act of accepted students is a 29-33. there isn't a cut off score, but finding someone who was accepted with a 27 or 28 is probably rare, if not near impossible, and the ones who did probably had or did something else that caught vassar's eye.

i dont mean to be rude of course. just stating the facts. the average is a 32. and even a lot of people with the average scores get rejected.
