I honestly can't get a read on either of these programs. I feel that each dual degree program compartmentalizes a particular aspect of my interests, and from what I've read online, there isn't much wiggle room to pursue and interest outside of the vision of the program. What options are available for people like me? Which dual degree program should I apply to, if any at all?

Relevant input would be appreciate.

Well the first question is what do you want to study/do when you get out of college?

Ah, right! I forgot to mention that.

I want to go into global health/non-profit or biomed in the future.

Well, both programs have a business component, but Huntsman adds International Studies, and LSM adds life sciences. It looks like your are very interested in science, so based on that I would consider the LSM program.
