<p>So I heard Harvard has a really strong liberal arts department, but if you wanted to become a M.D. (medical doctor) in the future, would you want to go to Harvard? But I do know that there are M.D.'s who attended Harvard University. Otherwise, are there any other ivy schools that are good for this area of study, too? Thanks.</p>

<p>Hmm, I think you’re confused on many fronts. At any undergraduate college, you can do pre-med. And it isn’t compulsory to do pre-med in college to get into medical school. That being said, Harvard College’s undergrad life sciences department is second to none, and its medical school is regarded as one of the best in the world. I have no idea what your concern is, but rather than worrying about whether or not Harvard has a good medical department, I would worry whether you could get in or not.</p>
