<p>Has anyone heard from the Mahatma Rice Essay Scholarship at all? S applied early this year but has not heard anything. Also: Has anyone here won the Shepherd Scholarship? Just curious; S was turned down though he won a couple of national scholarships:Walmart and Elks.</p>
