Major in fashion, Otis or CCA?

<p>I’ve received offers from Otis and CCA days ago and CCA provided me 9000 scholarship per year. I want to major in Fashion.
I've also applied parsons and pratt, but haven't heard from them yet.
It seems Otis is more passionate and energitic, but cca is in a better place and a higher reputation.
I don't know what programme they are good and weak, so anyone give me some advises about choosing offer?</p>

<p>If fashion, then no doubt CCA. Otis is in a decline.</p>

<p>However, Parsons is better than those three. I had a friend studying there. </p>
