Major/Minor advice for space exploration/renewable energy career

College undergraduate at UNLV as an undeclared major looking for advice, opinions or comments on a specific career path. I am interested in a career working with space programs (i.e. spacex or nasa) or within the renewable energy field.

As of right now i have decided on a major in Computer Engineering with a double minor in both Renewable energy and Unmanned aircraft systems. I feel like this is a great combination for what i want to do. However, i am really interested in chemistry and seeing what i can do with that in the renewable energy field. UNLV does not have a chemical engineering program so that is out of the question. I want to keep computer engineering as a major but im curious to know if theres any way to mix chem into that. What are some potential combinations i can use with those subjects that would be best fitted for what i want to do? What are some opinions on a CompE major and minors in chem/renewable energy? or should i stick with what i have in mind now? I appreciate any imput!

You can work in the renewable energy field starting with many different degrees. Not necessarily only chemistry. Materials science would also be a very good place to start. Computer engineering is probably not the best for renewable energy. Electrical engineering would be a bit better.
