Major Problems with Common App Payment Section!!!!!!

<p>So my friend submitted all her payments for colleges, using the common application, around two weeks ago. After she paid, all the triangles went to green and it said it was complete. But she just checked her payment section again today and all the triangles are red again!!! Is there something wrong with the site or her applications? Or is this normal? What can she do about it?!?! She only have one day left so please try and help her out!!! I'll try to relay the information to her when you post here. </p>

<p>Your friend should contact the Common App Support Team directly so they can check her account and payment history. If it still says ‘Complete’ next to Payments on the My Colleges page, it should be fine, but if she contacts the Support Team they will be able to confirm the status.</p>
