Hello! I'm majoring in Psyc, but I'm going to finish all of my psyc courses (lower & upper divs) this year, and I have a year left. I'm thinking about double majoring in Asian American Studies bc it relates to the environment that I grew up in and is the target ethnicity of the patients that I would like to do therapy work with in the future. It's also an interdisciplinary major, so I get to learn about other topics as well, such as community studies. Let me know your opinions! :) I welcome advice, suggestions, and personal anecdotes. Thanks!

I guess talk to your advisor and ask if you truly need a double major or just to take more courses in the area of interest.
Major in Psychology with a focus on the Asian Community.

Maybe a language?

Have you considered economics? I find behavioral economics very interesting. If you’re interested, check out this book. It’s one of my favorites: http://smile.amazon.com/Spent-Sex-Evolution-Consumer-Behavior/dp/0143117238/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1412814339&sr=8-1&keywords=spent
