Making Academic Resumes

Hey guys!
So I'm trying to create my academic resume. I have a work one already, but the academic awards/honors aren't the main focus (obvs), but I'm not entirely sure how I want to format it.

I'm making them to a.) give to the teachers that are writing college recs for me, and b.) make sure I don't forget anything on Common App come fall.

If you already have an academic resume, what order are your "categories?"
If you don't have one, well, hello there.

Here is what I did for mine (though it is rather long)

Academic Profile
High School attended
GPA
Rank
APs
ACT score (with breakdown)
SAT score (with breakdown)

Co-Curricular Activities
Activity 1 - year begun-present - hours a week/weeks a year
Leadership position in activity - school year I held the position
Activity 2 - year begun-present - hours a week/weeks a year (just keep repeating)

Extracurricular Activities
Activity 1 - year begun-present - hours a week/weeks a year
Leadership position in activity - school year I held the position
Activity 2 - year begun-present - hours a week/weeks a year (just keep repeating)

Honors/Awards
Award 1 - Year award was received

Summer Programs
Program 1 - Year I participated in the program

Employment
Job 1 - Time period job was held

Internships
Internship 1 - Time period during internship was held

Hopefully this helps!

The term you’re looking for is curriculum vitae. The trend these days is to publish one on the web, link it to every social networking presence you have (Facebook, Linkedin, …), and update it whenever you accomplish something you think builds on the story of you as a professional.

Mine just has:

Education (Important classes, aka AP + College classes, GPA)

Community service

School activities
