We all know the phrase "Life isn't fair."

How do you take to heart this phrase? Do you say that since life isn't fair, we should try to make it more fair rather than make it even more unfair? Or do you simply believe that if life already isn't fair, then trying to make it fair is pointless and is simply an attempt to sugar-coat things?

The aphorism roughly translates to “quit whining”. Don’t overthink it.

Meh, it’s not going to do anything.

The only thing that would make life fair is eugenics (NOTE: I AM NOT ENDORSING EUGENICS). Because you can’t change how fast you learn, or how naturally you pick up social cues. If everyone had an equal ability to learn and an equal ability to socialize, life would be much fairer (at least people who then have the same opportunity to achieve).
