I'm a USC student going going abroad next semester and am currently living in the Annenberg House Apartments and I'm trying to find a guy to take my lease. It's just 4 blocks from campus and at just $3155 for the semester it's one of the cheapest 2-bedroom, 4-person apartments owned by USC. There is also a giant lawn in front of the apartment that is really nice. Plus, it is only one block from The Row.
