Managing my schedule next semester

This semester while my grades are good, I have dealt with a ton of unnecessary stress this semester and I feel that's because I poorly managed my time and didn't use it efficiently. I'm a junior computer science major with a minor in Business Information Systems. So I acknowledge that despite some efforts I've failed to manage my time for this semester and am now just trying to finish up in the midst of the all the stress and demands, much of which could probably have been avoided if I managed my time properly. So I am planning to manage my schedule next semester better and get the ground going right away.

My schedule this current semester:

-Calculus 2
-Database and Info Managment
-Systems Analysis and Design
-Computer Architecture
-Intro to Modern World History

Admittedly, I did take on a lot this semester, possibly underestimating the workload and overestimating how much I could handle. A lot of these courses are difficult (except History) and assignments are time-consuming. But alot of these courses are good and honestly, I don't think the CS curriculum gets any easier at this point.

This is my schedule next semester:

-Algorithms
-Programming Languages
-Numerical Analysis
-Advanced Database Systems
-Sustainable Energy w/ Lab

My schedule:

Monday/Wed/Fri

10-10:50 am: Sustainable Energy Lecture
11-11:50 am: Programming Languages
1-1:50 pm: Numerical Analysis
(Monday)3 pm-4:50 pm: Sustainable Energy Lab

Tues/Thurs

9:30 am-10:45 am: Algorithms
(Tues)7 pm-9:45 pm: Advanced Database Systems

So yeah, if anything next semester looks MORE DIFFICULT than this one. For those who have endured the CS curriculum, any advice on how I can plan to better manage my time next semester for these courses? Am I taking on more than I can handle again or is it possible to handle with proper time management, exercise, and proper nourishment? I know grad school will be more difficult than this which I plan to enroll in the not so distant future.

I should note that there are no exams for Programming Lang or Numerical Analysis, but there are quizzes on all assigned reading weekly and a lot of homework assigned (the course structure is kinda different from the standard though).
