I will not take getting rejected. I need to go to USC.

You will not take being rejected? ^_^''

NO! I will only take acceptance. haha I demand admitance.

I feel the same way. And the fact that you were "acted upon" on 3/29 gives me hope, because you are DEFINITELY admitted. I just saw in another thread that you got a financial aid package a while ago. They only do that for admitted students.

But people acted upon on 3/29 got rejected too.

Oh I know, but before I thought ALL of them got rejected. Now I see a little light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe.

acarey617, who "acted upon" was DEFINITELY admitted?

All I've been seeing are rejections. -_-

darn.... i am "acted on". you havent heard anybody accepted yet with this status?

youdirtyhippo, I live in Socal and I got accepted today.

Good luck!

but keep in mind that Fshe had a different status. She had "still in review" while the rejections had "act upon"

the guy who made this thread has the "acted on" status but received a fin. aid package a while back... so technically, there is hope, as a poster above stated.

My status changed today and got nothing in the mail.
Is it true that all rejections are supposed to be received today?

rejections and acceptances werent sent out seperately i think. The reason for so few acceptances is b/c...there are so few acceptances in general....

Yeah, but on another thread, this person
s status changed and he/she got in (a friend of someone on CC).
I don
t remember which thread it was, but I
m 100% sure I saw it.
So there
s still a lot of hope. Plus OOS people haven
t gotten the mail yet, so we
ll find out Monday or later. Good luck.

Haha, youdirtyhippo, I completely agree with you.

As stubborn and spoiled as this may sound, I will not settle for rejection, I must go to USC, and I will transfer if necessary.

Guys, read my full post. Dirtyhippo got a financial aid package from the school that even included a message along the lines of "have a great year at USC." There's no way he's rejected.

maybe there is no pattern..we can only wait..

acarey617 you are very optimistic, I love it! We'll just have to wait and see, I really hope I got in, and its weird that I recieved my financial aid package so long ago but no acceptance letter.

I'm thinking they made a mistake, unfortunately. (by sending me the package)

BUT. I still have faith! If anyone from Socal get's accepted, let me know!

I got accepted and I'm in So Cal. I got accepted as a Spring admit though.
