Master of Science in Health Administration vs. Masters in Public Health

Hello everyone, as stated in my other thread, I am currently pursuing my MPA at the University of Alabama Birmingham. The MPA program here is not great, but ranked nationally and accredited nonetheless. UAB has a nationally ranked hospital system, and also offers a MPH and MSHA. If I can find a decent job in the area, I would not my mind pursuing an additional masters. My logic is that UAB being a campus that revolves around it's hospital, I would have fairly good chance at landing a job or at least being networked well. The MPA program offers a joint masters tract with the MPH program, however I am not sure what the difference is in curriculum/career path. Both will require me to retake the GRE, I only scored a 870 the first time and gaffed off studying for it. The MSHA will also require me to take two accounting courses as well. To me it seems like the MSHA could be more practical and hopefully land me a career in hospital administration, which from what I can tell, pays well. Both Masters seems a little more narrowly focused and perhaps more practical than the MPA, which seems to be a general masters, but the MPA is definately far more practical than my BS in Political Science which was nothing but theories as far as I am concerned.
