My parents paid for my undergrad degree and they said I would have to pay for any other degree. I wouldn’t be eligible for need based aid if grad schools go by parent’s income, but wondered if grad schools offer any merit based aid.
I would only apply to Duke Global Health masters program if there are merit based scholarships available. I don’t want to take out major student loans to go to Duke.
