Matches/safety schools for average student?

Hi all.
I am currently having a hard time finding more matches/safety school to apply too. I am a rising senior with the following “stats”

3.4 UW GPA (I know this is low but I have an upward trend from freshman year, 3.1 - 3.2 gpa to junior year, 3.7 - 3.8 gpa so maybe this will help?)
1370 SAT (retaking)
Taking all IB courses
My higher levels courses are biology, economics, and english

ECs are pretty average I think - varsity sports at high school, done fair amount of volunteer work on own time and through NHS, had a summer internship, play an instrument

I plan on majoring in biology and plan to go to graduate school. Possible careers I am thinking of right now include pharmacologist, microbiologist, bio engineering, or some type of research scientist.

Colleges -
Cost is not an issue.
Location - would preferably be on the western half of the US but I would be open to the Eastern half.
Size - Medium or small, preferably less than 15k

Social - I am usually introverted. Preferably looking for a school where greek life is not that big.

Schools on list right now -
Case Western Reserve
University of Rochester
Emory University
University of Richmond
University of Miami
USC
Tulane

As you can see, most of my schools are reaches so I am looking for more safeties and matches.

Thanks for reading, any suggestions are appreciated!!!

ASU-Barrett honors college (note Greek life is big at ASU but Barrett from what I have heard is different) seems like it’s own community from my visit there even though it’s a large school, Virginia Tech (25k at school but safety), Clemson (safety/high match because SAT score), Loyola Chicago (match/ almost a safety). Just a side note some of my friends siblings go to Tulane and it’s very big on partying. Also, USC Greek life is huge and a big part of life there from what I have heard. I hope I could help!

USC: Reach

Both test scores and GPA are below average. You may want to play up your internship and musicical talent in your essays. Agree USC Greek life is big a USC.

Gonzaga, University of Puget Sound, George Fox, Lewis and Clark

Wake Forest would be solid for your interests and at least a somewhat easier admit than some of your listed choices.

What about Earlham? With an upward trend, you might even get merit money there? Also, Franklin and Marshall. Both are on the small side.

Colorado, Florida State, Florida Atlantic, Kansas, Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska.

@merc81 Wake Forest definitely seems interesting. I think I might be adding this to my list thanks!

Wake Forest has a big Greek scene and I think your gpa might make it a high reach. I keep hearing good things about Whitman College and Univ of Puget Sound.

Western Washington. If you’re in the west, you might be eligible for WUE discounted tuition (apply early for best chances). Beautiful school in a charming small city and surrounded by nature, less than 15K students. Solid match, perhaps even a safety. Greek life is not an emphasis.

Gonzaga, Puget Sound, Willamette, Lewis and Clark, U of Denver, and Redlands might be good bets. Merit money is possible at all, I believe.

I suggest you look first at public universities in your home state, then (if you’re a resident of a western state) at other universities in the WUE program (http://www.wiche.edu/wue).

You might want to consider schools on the US News Regional Universities (West) list (https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/rankings/regional-universities-west).

Also check out the Colleges That Change Lives (https://ctcl.org/), which include several schools mentioned above (Earlham, Whitman, Puget Sound, Willamette …).
