I'm planning on taking Physics B my junior year and both parts of Physics C senior year. However, I'm worried that only having completed precalc will hurt my chances of doing well, since it seems to rely heavily on calculus. Will concurrent enrollment in AP Calc AB be enough, or should I not take the course?

Yes. There is limited knowledge of calc needed for AP Physics, most of which you’ll learn in the first couple months. I say take it! I’ll be enrolled concurrently in calc as well.

At my school the only way to take AP Physics C is concurrently with Calc. I’ve heard they teach you all the calc you need to know in the Physics class anyway.

If you know Calculus going into Physics C, it’ll be easier, but if you’re good at math, you’ll pick up what you need to know.
