So I finished the Kumon Math program, going up to Linear Algebra, before high school. As a sophomore, I’m taking AP Calculus AB. What should my course of action be, to maximize my mathematics knowledge. If I should go to a community college, what classes would I take?
What grades have you gotten in math up to this point?
Have you looked into AoPS or OHS?
AoPS delves deeply into mathematical theory. For someone who wants to maximize their mathematical understanding it is what I would recommend. I would read their calculus trap article and spend some time exploring their website and what they have to offer. https://artofproblemsolving.com/articles/calculus-trap
What courses have you taken in school? Unless you get HS credit, it doesn’t count for college admissions.
The next courses would be Calc2, Multivariable Calc, and then Differential Equations.
Our school has Calc BC and then Multivariable Calculus. After that I would consider what you want to study, for example if you want to study computer science, take Discrete Mathematics.
