yeah, if u refer to survivorship curves its talking about type III. fish exhibit this. they lay alot of eggs because theres low chance of survival due to predation and external fertilization.

how hard is this compared to the ap bio exam?

reversepsych, hey, i left my high school highly irritated, too & blasted music on my way home.

i was ****ed there was an eye on there.
a girl in my ap bio class had turned to me right
before the test and said, "there better not be
an eye on the test" and it was the flipping second
crappy diagram.

the sat II's are not hard in terms of material.
it is hard because it is so below the ap class that
a typical, overachieving ap bio student would over-think
many of the questions and get it wrong. the diagrams
are horrible and the questions are poorly worded.
the labs are also terrible.

the ap bio exam will be much easier in terms of
understanding what you're being asked. the material
is much more extensive. the SAT II questions are
rather broad and... if no one minds me saying so,
stupid. seriously, I DON'T CARE ABOUT LICHENS
AND THEY SOUNDED NEGATIVE SO I PUT PARASITISM.

the answer, as aforementioned, is mutulism.
who knew. i hate plants anyway.

btw, i don't know if this has already been answered,
but what was the answer to the productivity chart ( i think it was )
that showed you organisms, perhaps, it was plankton, i forget looked like:

[insert organism]-->[insert organism]-->[insert organism]-->[insert organism]

answer choices were like: 10%
.01% (maybe)
was .01% an answer?

i think someone answered this to be .1%
and i can't remember what i put.

lichens aren't plants :p
