May 2011 SAT - Scores and Delays

Three days left from now until our May SAT scores come out. I'm dying of anxiety.

Ok? Sooo…

Prepared for a 2400, expecting a 2200. Would be annoyed with a 2100.
And yes, the anxiety!

Prepared for a 2100, expecting at least a 2000, would be annoyed with an 1800 or 1900

seems like "prepared for… hoping for… .and would be annoyed with… "so here is mine…

Prepared for a 2150, expecting a 2050 and would be annoyed with any score less than 2000…

Prepared for a 2200, expecting a 2100, would be annoyed with any score less than 2000

I honestly don’t know what to think. I answered every question on the paper, which in retrospect I consider a mistake because of negative marking. I made a factual error in a rather obscure example in my essay and I’m not sure if they’ll reduce my score because of that, or if they’ll notice. I found the math section incredibly easy but I don’t want to expect an 800 in case it’ll jinx it. The last time I took the SAT I was cocky, wrote it with no preparation and was expecting a score of 2300+… and ended up with 2050; words cannot express how disappointed I was. I don’t want to have high expectations because my score might fall incredibly short of them.

I have exams going on right now so I’m keeping myself busy and don’t really have the time to think about the results. I only hope and pray Thursday brings with it a score greater than 2250.

when will the score go live in greenwich mean time?

I think around 2 or 3 pm.

This is the same as me. Ahh I want to know what I got!

Prepared for a 2100+, hoping for a 2100 (or a 1400 M/CR because I think I bombed the writing), and I’ll be annoyed with a 2090 >.>
I have a feeling I’m going to be very disappointed on Thursday.

At what time do we get them :'(?!

lol wow, my expectations are much lower

prepared for an 1800+ after taking the test, expecting an 1850+, will be annoyed with a 1790

Scores usually come out at 5 in the morning (at EST, I guess?)

Prepared for a 2100+, hoping for a 2300, expecting a 2200+

I am determined to beat my current score of 2110. I would love at least a 2200, but who knows. 'Tis in the Lord’s hands. I know for a fact that I went down in math :(

Prepared for an 2330+ after taking the test, expecting an 2350+, will be annoyed with a 2000.

Prepared for?? You mean studied enough to get that score, or mentally able to handle such a shockingly good score?

I’m expecting at least a 1900. It was my first time, but if I don’t break 1900 I may lose all hope for October

I took two subject tests, and even selected colleges to send the scores to… but as the date draws near I kinda want to cancel the reports and make sure I didn’t bomb anything. >.<

Prepared for 2250, hoping for 2300, would be annoyed with <2200.

Prepared for 2400.
Hoping 2400.
Will be disappointed with <2400.
