hi i took the sat and i am not sure about one question. it was that which said that there are 89 kids born in june and asked for the number of kids that are born in a single day so that it the biggest number or smth like this cuz i dont quite remember it right now. i would be grateful if someone could give me the answer on that one. thank you very much

peopple said 4. However, did anyone think that this question was unfair because it required one to know how many days are in June: A fact that everyone should know, but a piece of knowledge that requires knowledge that does not pertain to the SAT, an extraneous piece of knowledge?

How is that any different than not knowing the meaning of a word? Plus everyone knows the only month with less than 30 days is February. If it was 31 days the answer would be the same. I don't see this as an unfair question at all.

June has 30 days? haha wow. Got 4 though, so you are right about the answer being the same at least.

don't assume sox. I didn't know there were 30 days in June. How do you solve it?

even if there were 29 it'd still be the same.

i didnt kno how many there were but i tried it with both 29 and 30 and 4 was answer both times..
