<p>1 year at the NYC Carpenters Union, selling labor and materials for commercial construction job sites. Quota of 1.2 million achieved </p>
<p>1 year at Ricoh Americas Corporation - #3 rep in US division w/ documented sales results of 2.2mm </p>
<p>1 year (current) Commercial Manufacturing - Manufacturing representative, selling nylon and textiles through four different channels... Dealers, architects, end users and commercial real estate managers. </p>
<p>GRE: 600</p>
<p>MBA Reasoning/Goal: </p>
<p>I plan to use my MBA in the commercial real estate marketplace in NYC, growing current sales and networking. I understand the costs, trades, time frames and coordination associated with commercial spaces, attaining functional design. </p>
<p>My goal is to use my knowledge of these processes to evaluate the financial metrics of real estate and pitch properties to investors (long-term goal). </p>

<p>I am interested in PT / MBA Programs that my company will pay for. ZICKLIN seems realistic. It seems likely I will be shut out of STERN & CBS. Thoughts / suggestions on programs that will fit well?! </p>
