MBA in Finance vs others?

I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts were on getting an MBA in Finance vs others such as the MSQF (Masters of Science in Quantitative Finance), MSCF (Masters of Science in Computational Finance), and MFE (Masters of Financial Engineering).

I think Columbia offers a MFE and Cornell offers a MSQF, not too sure about any others though. How does this look for big companies? Are these less reputable than just the MBA, or would you stand out from the crowd if you had say an MFE instead of an MBA?

I was just thinking of doing something a little different from everyone else in the finance industry, and I do enjoy statistics and the math part of finance (which I would assume a MSQF or MFE focuses on more), so what do you think?

I did a search and also found that NYU offers or will be offering a joint MBA/MS in Mathematical Finance which also sounds appealing, thoughts?.............
