Another question in my mind. I was actually now considering doing my bachelors in software engineering then pursuing a MBA in MIS (management information systems). Do you think this is a good move? Will this help at all? I mean I want to get a MBA regardless. Do you need any background information in MIS before doing a MBA in it. Thought I might just get it after I get my bachelors in software engineering. Software engineering is in the rise atm.

If you know you want to do an MBA than I would say don’t major in something business related. Although you see a great deal of people doing that it is usually to pursue a career change.

However, I think if you KNOW you want to work in MIS, than get your degree in MIS and don’t worry about an MBA right now. You’re obviously still in high school, worrying about an MBA is just silly.
