"Goong" sucks, plain and simple. Whoever said that the lead prince guy cannot act and has no charisma is correct. He tries to be one of those cold and mean guys that are nonetheless attractive, but it seems forced and by-the-book. I just watched "Full House", and the prince character is basically the Rain guy (Lee Young Jae), except whereas Rain had the ability to make his character funny, infuriating, and sympathetic, the guy who plays the prince in "Goong" is simply boring.

And god, it has some of the most mugged and forced "comedy" I've ever seen. The princess has this idiotic group of girlfriends who grate my nerves every time, especially the ugly one with the annoying voice. Their over-the-top attempts to be cutesy and adorable make me puke.

And I was really disappointed with the portrayal of palace life. Apparently, Korean royalty live pretty much like an upper-middle-class family with an eccentric taste for interior decoration. If you want to tell a story involving fancy palaces and such, have the moolah to back it up, or revise your story.

I find that Goong is wayyyyyyyy more funnier. Plus Yoon Eun Hye(lead actress in Goong) is prettier than the actress in My girl. The co-actor in my girl looks soooo weird(animated like).
I truly like the cast and their acting more than My Girl.
Some of you might disagree with this but remember that this is their first drama when compare to the My Girl actors they all had been acting for a couple of years now or they have been famous singer/model.
GOOOOO GOOOONGGG
