hi,
i wanted to buy some of the mcat books from the berkeley review but when i try contacting them NO ONE ANSWERS...and when i try emailing them NO ONE RESPONDS. So i was just wondering if their website is a trustworthy place to order the books from. Has anyone ordered books from them before? if so, were you able to get the books without any hassle?
also, if i order the books from their website will i be getting the latest editions of the books (2012 editions)?
Any feedback will be appreciated, thank you!

yes, they’re trustworthy. I’ve talked to them in person and have friends in the class. btw, I wouldn’t start worrying about the mcat so early. Just do well in your classes. I was going to study for it before my prereqs were done, but decided not to. I went a bit crazy and bought a bunch of books on craigslist like a year and a half ago. My plan now is to take it end of summer (currently a junior). Note: I haven’t ordered yet because I had a question about whether I could skip shipping since I’m in berk. answer’s no.

yes, The BR is legit. And yes, their website and phone service is so last century. (They know it, but put their $$ into product instead.)

I used berkeley review as well (and they are good!). I think they run a very small operation (as in not very many employees), so everything is way too slow. Honestly, they could make a lot more money if they advertised and modernized their business.
