McGill 2021 admitted student--Problems with the McGill in Mind portal?

DD received her acceptance email last week, and she has tried to access the McGill in Mind portal to register for one of the admitted student visiting days this spring. However, she cannot log in, and we have tried to re-set the password many times, with no luck. We have left two voicemails with McGill IT help with no luck, and an email to accepted@mcgill.ca was returned as undeliverable.

This is separate from the Minerva portal, which she has no trouble accessing.

Any one else have any luck (or similar frustrations) in accessing the McGill in Mind portal?

Your message wasn’t delivered to accepted@mcgill.ca because the address couldn’t be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.

Did she create a McGill in Mind account? It is totally separate from Minerva.

NYSFDC, your post reminded me we hadn’t registered for a visiting day, so thanks! Just logged into “McGill in Mind” using the Minerva ID number and PIN – but maybe my daughter used the same login info so she wouldn’t forget? Worth a try tho in case it is the same.
