My GPA is 3.22 as of right now. I have 2.5 sememsters to go. If I cannot get my GPA up to 3.60+, I am thinking about going abroad. Most likely to the caribians. They have medical schools that accept US rejects with a GPA of 3.30+. Is that a good idea guys?

Also the reason my GPA is so low is because I got a C in General Chemistry I(5.00 Credit Hours), and English Composition II(4.00 Credit Hours), in my freshman year. However if I can REPEAT those I am fully confident that I can get A's in both of them. That would increase my GPA up to 3.46. But that still is not good enough considering I have very little time to left, 2.5 semesters. Do you think I can pull it off?

Also is repeating a course a good Idea? Do medical school have that previous grade in front of them when they look at your transcript?
