Does anyone know a site where it shows the acceptance rates to med school from each college? I.E. How many percent of the people who applied from each college actually got accepted into med school? I would especially like to know this for UNC CHapel Hill and UVA

No such site exist.

Even if it did, you might find it misleading , as I have heard that some colleges discourage some applicants from applying to med school in order to boost their acceptance rate stats.

hey wasn't the indian doctor in harold and kumar goes to whitecastle also named patel?

....there are over a million patels literally in/from India lol, so it's not that rare.

The other way that the process is somewhat misleading is that at some schools, many premeds don't even apply to med-school not because they are barred from doing so, but because they got such poor grades/test scores that they know they won't get in anywhere. Let's face it. If you have a 2.5 GPA and a 15 (total) MCAT score, you know you're not going to get in, so why apply?

Med school applications and matriculants stats

There were 37364 applicants for 17004 slots in 2005

Look down at Note #3
