<p>My understanding is that it is literally impossible to transfer between schools except in the rarest of rare circumstances: the schools' curriculums have to match not just in content but also in order, and you need to have a monumental personal reason for doing so beyond simply wanting to go to a different school. (Think along the lines of: your parents suddenly abandoned your family and you now must take care of your siblings.)</p>
<p>Besides, if your MCAT is good, arahopee, you'll have a good shot at a decent school or two. I wouldn't worry too much.</p>
