This was your first thread. I would STRONGLY urge you to read the responses in that thread…again…which clearly gave the timeline and what you need to do when.
Read the posts by @gumbymom and @WayOutWestMom who did an excellent job explaining this to you.
Did you transfer to a four year college? Or are you still at your community college?
Timeline for Med School & Residency–

Complete your undergraduate degree, including at least 2 years of coursework at a 4 year college

Complete your med school pre-reqs (gen chem, ochem, biochem, biology, physics, writing/English, sociology, psychology)

Take the MCAT

Apply to medical schools and (hopefully!) get accepted. This process take a full year. (June thru August of the following year.)

Begin medical school. Medical school lasts 4 years. MS1-2 are classroom coursework. Do well in your coursework. Grades matter for your residency application.

Take (and pass) the USMLE Step 1 before the beginning of MS3.

MS3-- Begin clinical training. In Year 3, you will do rotations in all the basic specialties, including pediatrics
Since you want to be a pediatrician it’s critical to get a top grade in your pediatrics rotation. (No honors=poor chance to match) -
Take and pass USMLE Step 2CE and Step 2CK before the start of MS4

September of MS4, apply to pediatrics residencies through ERAS

Interview for residency positions during Oct-Jan of MS4

February MS4, submit your Rank List–an ordered list of your preferences for where you want to do your residency

Mid-March MS4, receive your Match (hopefully!)–or SOAP into any available residency position

May-June MS4–graduate from med school

On or before July 1, report to your residency training site to begin residency.
Pediatrics residency lasts 3 years. (PGY1-3) -
Take and pass USMLE Step 3 during PGY 1.

Graduate from residency. Get a job as a pediatrician
