Mens Lightweight crew: HELPP!!

Hello everyone,
I am currently a sophomore in high school and really am aiming to rowing lightweight in college someday. My latest 2k was 7:21 (hoping to break 7 this spring), My academics are looking good so far, here is some estimated criteria...
GPA (UW): 3.94ish
GPA (W): 4.8ish
PLAN(practice ACT, actual score): 30/32
ACT(estimated): 32-36
AP CLASSES: (hopefully 5's and 4's on everything)
-Sophomore-AP world history, AP chemistry
-Junior-AP US history, AP Lang and Comp, AP Bio, AP Calc AB, AP Econ, AP Comp Sci.
-Senior-AP Physics B, Advanced Calculus, AP Gov, AP Lit, AP environ Sci.
CLASS RANK: Probably top 1%. Class of 400ish.
Oh, High school is very competitive, always ranks in top 100 in nation.

So what kinda time would I need by the end of my junior year to really grab a lightweight coach's attention? (Mainly looking towards HYP, Dartmouth, Columbia, maybe even heavyweight at Stanford)

To really grab a LW coach’s attention you need to be sub 6:35. You’ll get noticed sub 6:45 but - at least this year - the kids getting offers of likelies that I heard about at HYP, Dartmouth, Columbia were closer to 6:30. For Stanford heavies, you will need to be somewhere near 6:20.

You have time and need strong academics. Study. It does matter.
Until you actually take those AP tests you can’t predict those scores,
same for ACT …so stay focused.

etc.

There is a big difference between what coaches want for top lightweight programs vs heavy weight.
How tall are you—Have you finished growing (height). You will continue to build muscle with proper diet and training.
