<p>Outside of money from your college, your best bet is to look in your country.</p>
<p>Look into Dickinson College in Carlisle. They have a reputation for giving scholarships to international students.</p>

<p>Yes, but I get the feeling that since the OP wrote, “external scholarships,” he’s looking for an outside scholarship that he could use at the college of his choice.</p>
<p>That’s going to be a fun uphill battle. Let’s see… we don’t know where the OP is from, so that rules out any scholarships or financial aid opportunity or sponsorships hosted by a national government or an ethnically-affiliated organization of some sort. The best I can do with these handcuffs is to tell you to Google “International Scholarships”.</p>
