It seems like some people, both ED and EA applicants, received merit scholarship notifications along with their acceptance “letter”. However the website says “Notification to Early Action (EA) admitted students regarding financial aid and merit awards scheduled to be mailed on or about February 1st.” Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks
My son was accepted EA last year. No mention of merit scholarship until mid February when he received notice of 2 scholarships totaling $23,000 (all merit). I do remember seeing on here that some applicants received their merit notification with their acceptance but that was not the case for us.
My daughter did receive notice of Merit Aid offer with her acceptance last Saturday through the Fordham portal.
