<p>If a given law school’s grading system all but insures that only one-third of the students, or fewer, can maintain the GPA required for scholarship renewal, that doesn’t seem like playing fair to me. For students at schools that require GPAs above 3.0, sometimes considerably more so - something new to worry about.</p>
