Merit scholarships for international transfer?

I am a community college student in the WA state with a president standing and I pursue a great interest in attending the Kenan-Flagler school.

Since tuition might cost 32-34k a year, I am wondering if there are scholarships available for international transfer students? Especially that I come from an OOS college, I might have to add one full semester in UNC before transferring to Kenan-Flagler, which may cost a lot more.

5k-10k scholarships might help me a lot. I know that it is very competitive even to get in, but do they offer a considerable number of scholarships to international transfers?

I don’t believe they do offer merit scholarships for internationals and they should not. State schools are for primarily NC students, then Americans, then international students. It wouldn’t be right if they offered merit for international before they offered need based for North Carolinians and Americans.
