Messed up 11th grade

I am Indian studying in the CBSE syllabus.

After getting a 9.8 GPA in the 10th grade, I started focusing on extracurricular (App Development) and stopped studying.
Last minute preparation was a regular thing for me in the 11th grade. I got a horrible 60% and 70% in the first and second term respectively. I am currently preparing for my final term. i am expecting around 85% in it which would make my full year’s percentage around 80%.
But I know I can get around 97% in 12th first term and half yearly exams.

Here are my other stats:
SAT 2 - 2400 (Math, Physics and Chem)
SAT 1 - 2300
AP Computer Science - 5/5

My ECs are excellent (Programming, sports, music, etc,)

Here are my questions:

  1. Will my 11th grade performance affect my chances of getting into colleges?
  2. Is the full year’s percentage taken into account or just the final exam’s percentage?
  3. What can I do to make up for my poor performance?

Here are the colleges I am planning to apply to:

  2. MIT
  3. Harvard
  4. UC Berkeley
  5. Caltech
  6. Purdue
  7. Georgia Tech

With your description you can’t really tell much, you don’t have all your grades or a detailed list of your Extracurriculars but generally speaking yes your 11th grade performance will have an effect on your chances of getting into college since they are the most important grades for doing so, what you can do is maybe explain those or have your counselor explain it in a letter? I’m actually not sure what your basing your grade point scale on, a 4.0 unweighted scale makes your gap what?
