"Messed up" my ACT studying?

Hi guys. So basically I have been studying ACT over the summer. I have done a lot of practice tests (20+), which includes PR2013, PR 1296, Barron's 6 act tests, and several paper tests from an ACT class that I took. I usually averaged 31-33 on these.

However, since it was over the summer, I studied without much focus and interest, and mainly did the practice tests, saw my score, and skimmed over the questions I got wrong without really thinking about them/remembering them. Now that the Sep. 21 ACT test is coming up soon, I've realized that my ACT score isn't nearly where I want it to be. But the thing is, I have "wasted" a lot of these practice tests that I've taken over the summer because I did not really go over my errors, and I'm starting to feel like I'm running out of tests to do.

Do you guys have any advice on what I should do? Would redoing these tests help? Or would going over the errors I made on tests that I did 1/2+ months ago help? Thank you for your time.

If you’ve done that many practice tests and didn’t really focus, I doubt you remember the questions and answers, so I think you would be fine redoing them (especially the early ones).

If you saved your work, you don’t even really need to redo more than one, maybe two. Just go back and re-analyze your mistakes now.

Like bailey said, I think going back and re-analyzing your mistakes will help you out. Otherwise you can always search online for more tests and get different books.
