i was filling out an application and it asked whether i considered myself hispanic or latino. i said yes. it then asked “please select the ONE category that best describes your background”. my mom is from Bolivia and my dad is from Mexico, so i dont know whether to put Bolivian or Mexican. PLEASE HELP
If you can only check one, put Mexican. While every college can define under-represented minorities as it sees fit, Mexican-American will generally be included. As an example:
