Hello! I’m currently applying for this program and I was wondering about other’s impressions of this program. What have been your experiences? Also, if you are also applying for this year, what academic modules will you be applying for? Thanks!

@ryker1001 Participted in the program last year as a Health and How to Change the World scholar. Academic module was excellent with a renowned professor. Learned quite a bit. Outside of class, however, I didn’t find the people very engaging. Overly concerned with superficial things and many associating with others simply because of their looks. Maybe it was my particular family but I found most of them rather shallow and cold. All in all the program I don’t believe was the right fit for me with all the money I paid but I’m sure it was for many others. I had a much better time at Bridges at Miami in the fall and while I won’t be attending the school, I know attending Summer Scholars does give priority consideration for honors programs and Scholars programs.
